Pastors
Books are the tools of the pastors trade, yet many Majority World pastors have nearly empty bookshelves. Our Pastors Book Club (PBC) and Graduate Book Program (GBP) provide two needed books to help them prepare in their preaching.
We offer the programs at three levels:
- “Graduate” pastors have completed a seminary degree.
- “Diploma” pastors have completed training-by-extension courses.
- “Certificate” pastors have completed a course or perhaps a series of seminars.
For each level, two titles are chosen as preaching helps and distributed to pastors through theological training colleges and local distributors in the Majority World. A small amount of money is paid by the pastor for their books, usually to cover local transport costs. Because of the scope of these programs we can help a pastor to receive two books for less than £3 / $5.
Please give £13 / $25 so that five pastors with regular preaching responsibilities and few resources can receive books needed for preaching and teaching.
