Pastors can’t preach if they don’t study and they can’t study if they don’t have books!
Langham Literature works to equip and inspire pastors, students and teachers in their training by building strong evangelical seminary libraries. We do this through 3 main efforts in Distribution, Creative Support and Publisher Development.
Within Distribution we work with theological colleges and pastor networks by providing book grants and subsidised books. Last year we distributed over 75,000 books in conjunction with our Literature Programmes.
Currently we work directly with colleges by providing the following programmes:
Library Grant Programme (LGP)
Colleges receive an annual grant to use to purchase books for their library. The college selects books of their choice from our Catalogue which features over 1,800 books in English and French.
Additional Book Programme (ABP)
Colleges can purchase books for their library, students and faculty from our Catalogue at discount prices
If you are a student, faculty member or librarian who is with a theological college in the Majority World, please visit our Literature College Website to learn how to start benefitting.
Langham Literature also supports Majority World Writers and Publishers through grants and creative support. For more information please see our Writers Page and Majority World Publishers Page
If you are interested in supporting any of the these programmes, please explore possible giving opportunities.
